If you have questions, please ask. We invite you to make the interview process a two-way conversation, in writing or next time we talk. Ideally these questions give us more information about previous background/experience in communal living. We are less interested in standard job dynamics, but instead, about trying to imagine what it would be like to live together for 2-3 months.
Zao is a small town where everyone outside our bubble speaks a different language both literally and culturally.
What is most exciting, and most potentially problematic about group collaboration for you?
Tell us a little about any previous experience in community living. How would you describe yourself as a community member? Strengths and weaknesses, please.
Living and working this closely with others in a community can result in conflict. How you would move forward individually (or with others) after a challenging conversation.
